# Can I Transfer a License to Another Device?

Yes, but with limitations:

* **Standard licenses** are **linked to one device** at a time.
* To transfer, you must first remove the license from the current device (either via the cPanel dashboard or by uninstalling the agent app).
* Then, you can apply the same license key to another device.

Some license types (e.g., Pro licenses or group plans) may allow multi-device use. Please check your plan details.

If you encounter errors like **"License already in use"**, try deactivating it remotely or contact support for a reset.
